In October 2022, Pentagro initiated its Partnership Program, a management model that enables employees to become partners in the company.

Marcos Vieira, Pentagro’s first employee, who began his journey with the company as an intern and currently serves as its Operations Manager, is the first employee to become a partner under the program. The Pentagro team is honored to welcome him as a partner after all these years of collaboration.
