On September 28, 2022, Pentagro University was privileged to host Paulo Luizi, Falconi’s Senior Project Manager, whose lecture, Operational Excellence Applied in Day-to-Day Routine Management, was its sixth presentation and the second in its Project and Routine Management series.

Routine management is a fundamental pillar in optomizing results while increasing work quality and minimizing costs. Its main objective is to guide daily actions to ensure that employees understand their responsibilities, while identifying and correcting procedural problems and anomalies.
