May was a month of strengthening our partnership with our client Tereos! Throughout the period, we conducted a series of assisted operations across all the group’s plants, with the goal of ensuring the effectiveness of the PGDI system in the daily routine of specialists and driving gains in industrial efficiency.

In the first weeks of the month, our colleague João Dias led operations at the Tanabi, Mandu, and São José plants, reinforcing the practical application of Pentagro’s solutions in units already using PGDI in their daily routines.

On May 21–22, colleagues Pedro Henrique Miskulin de Toledo and João Lucas Zuliani carried out activities at the Andrade and Vertente plants. At Andrade, the operation marked the start of the system’s implementation, with strong engagement from the local team. At Vertente, the focus was on supporting the continuous use of PGDI, promoting improvements and enhancements together with the specialists.

We concluded the May cycle at the Cruz Alta plant, with an operation led by Arthur Taqueda Melo. The visit reinforced our commitment to close follow-up and to the ongoing pursuit of excellence in Tereos’ digital transformation journey.
