The cycle was officially completed in June 2025, marking the success of a partnership built on trust, team engagement, and the strategic use of technology.

📍 Key milestones of this journey:
✔️ March: We held the PGDI Project kick-off at Usina Andrade, the last Tereos unit to adopt the Pentagro solution.

✔️ May: Our teams conducted Assisted Operations at the Tanabi, Mandu, São José, Vertente, Andrade, and Cruz Alta units, ensuring the system was fully integrated into specialists’ routines — with a focus on training, efficiency, and operational excellence.

✔️ Throughout the project, Pentagro PGDI served as a robust integrated management platform, featuring a Digital Twin, standardized processes, and real-time decision-making capabilities.
