We are pleased to share the successful completion of our Operational Excellence workshop using Pentagro PGDI. This workshop was specifically designed for the teams at Cocal’s Narandiba and Paraguaçu industrial units.

The workshop provided an excellent opportunity for the teams to enhance their operational skills and knowledge. It allowed them to advance in strategies and apply cutting-edge techniques for process optimization and continuous improvement in operational excellence.
