Happiness Assessment at Pentagro

Our Happiness Assessment at Pentagro reached an impressive 92.6% 🎯🌱

In partnership with people and culture specialist Vera Costa, we conducted the first Happiness Assessment at Pentagro — an important step toward building a healthier and more meaningful work environment for everyone.

We adopted the PERMA methodology, developed by psychologist Martin Seligman, with questions customized to our company’s reality.
In total, the survey included 12 closed-ended questions across the five pillars of the model, plus one open-ended question.

📌 PERMA is an acronym that represents the five elements of well-being:
Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment.

Pentagro’s overall average score was 92.6%, showing that:
✔ Our employees experience high levels of happiness and well-being in the workplace;
✔ They enjoy satisfaction and balance between personal and professional life (Positive Emotions);
✔ They show strong involvement and motivation, feeling appropriately challenged (Engagement);
✔ They cultivate collaboration and trust among peers and leaders (Relationships);
✔ They find purpose and alignment between their work and the company’s values (Meaning and Purpose);
✔ They feel proud and recognized for their performance (Accomplishment).

Of course, there’s always room to grow. But this collective strength inspires us to keep striving for more — and for better — for everyone we work with.

This journey is fully aligned with our core values:
📈 Always be better than yesterday
🤝 Think and act as one team
🩵 Value and respect people
🎫 Deliver consistent value to our clients
🧭 Act responsibly and honor our commitments

May the inspiration this work has brought continue to guide us forward! 🌿
