During his visit to Pentagro, Professor Glauco Caurin explored the company’s latest innovation initiatives, including the development of the new generation of Everest, which will feature revolutionary new AI techniques. During the visit, he was invited to collaborate on the project — a cooperation that has already unfolded into concrete short- and medium-term actions.
Glauco Caurin is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Aeronautics at EESC-USP. He graduated from USP, earned his PhD at ETH Zurich, and was a visiting professor at MIT in the United States.
As a curiosity, Professor Glauco supervised the undergraduate research, master’s, and doctoral studies of André Lins de Albuquerque, CEO and co-founder of Pentagro.
